Our Approach
At ARP we recognise that every site and every project brings its own unique challenges. During our initial consultation we take time to gain a clear understanding of your needs and expecta-tions in order to meet agreed outcomes such as:
- Site condition upon completion of the project.
- The project’s technical requirements.
- Timeline for completion of the project.
- The project’s budgetary requirements.
Meeting your project needs on time and within budget
Once identified and agreed upon, your needs and expectations are clearly documented and signed off as delivered. Establishing this base of understanding – and combining it with a 'best practice' approach – allows us to ensure your project is delivered on time and within budget.
Our experienced Occupational Hygienists and Safety Team thoroughly examine all asbestos removal and hazardous material remediation project requirements to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
While our management team has a qualified Occupational Hygienist to oversee each project’s health and safety aspects, ARP also engage independent third party Occupational Hygienists to provide all clearances and ensure any potential conflict of interest is accommodated at the commencement of the project.

Compliance and Quality Management
Asbestos Removal Projects (ARP) is committed to providing you with the best service available. We do this through an unwavering commitment to quality, occupational health and safety, en-vironmental management and compliance with relevant legislation.
We undertake projects of various size and complexity for developers, private land owners, ser-vice and utility providers and government agencies. ARP holds all relevant licenses and insur-ances and our quality management system – based on ISO 9001:2008 – is applied to all projects.
Quality, inspection and test plans are developed for all projects to supplement safe work method statements. OH&S requirements are satisfied in accordance with NSW WorkCover and other legislative standards (AS/NZS 4801:2001) to ensure safe work practices on all our projects.
In addition, all works are carried out in compliance with ISO 14000. This ensures that your project meets environmental management best practice.
At the end of the day we do what it takes to deliver you an efficient, safe and quality focused service.
